Our founder, Fabian Javier created White Glove Maintenance Services 18 years after leaving the Navy, where he learned everything he knows today about meticulous and highly skilled maintenance work. Today he wants to make sure all that fantastic training serves his clients well.

Fabian thrives on problem solving and making sure clients receive the best possible workmanship as part of the White Glove standard. Not only that, but having learned what ship shape really means, Fabian and his trusted team make sure that every jobs gets the full White Glove Inspection every single time.

At White Glove, Fabian runs a tight ship, of course! His team are professionals with a wide skill set and excellent at what they do, with specific staff being called upon, depending on the task in hand. However, you’ll be pleased to know that our service is always delivered with a smile, because staff are all paid a fair Living Wage and looked after in sickness and in health – like any good ship mate would be.
